| Costa Barber Singers |

| The Costa Barber Singers is a group of 20 men from all over Marina Alta who have been practicing the art of barbershop singing for more than 20 years.
Their close harmony songs, old and modern, have thrilled audiences and helped raise thousands of Euros for all sorts of charities.
The singers, mainly English, but with one Dutchman, are under the leadership of musical director Roger Gallant, originally from the United States.
They rehearse every Thursday night (apart from during the summer recess) upstairs at the Torre Bar in Benissa and welcome members of the public to sit in on their efforts to polish their extensive repertoire. Even more, they would welcome new singers, especially those who can sing in the higher voice ranges. In June they will be helping to make history by travelling to Torrevieja and taking part in the very first concert held by the newly formed and Madrid-based Spanish Association of Barbershop Singers. |
