Tai-chi classes at Hostal Loreto in Denia

Tai-chi is a stimulating and refreshing form of gentle exercise. The practice of Tai-chi can alleviate pains, aches and stiffness and increase your mental focus and wellbeing. Our teacher, Mr Vincent Lim, is from Singapore where he studied both Tai-chi and Martial Arts under world renowned Masters. New classes of 6 to 10 students are formed whenever there is sufficient interest. At present there are six classes at different levels all of which are working towards mastery of the full 108 movements which represent a complete Tai-chi session. In the summer we also arrange classes in the open air followed by a healthy breakfast. All classes are in English.
